Roundabout opponents say it’s all about location

Although he orchestrated removal of a controversial roundabout from a street project in his district, Toledo City Councilman Tyrone Riley says he’s not categorically opposed to the design that has become popular with traffic engineers despite some motorists’ dislike for them.
