Rocky Ridge accused of putting lime into quarry

GRAYTOWN, Ohio — With help of drone technology, several residents in rural Ottawa County’s Benton Township believe they have evidence of Rocky Ridge Development LLC putting spent lime and other residuals from Toledo’s Collins Park Water Treatment Plant into an abandoned quarry near them without state authorization.
