CLEVELAND — Needing one last defensive stop, the University of Toledo women’s basketball team dug in and forced Kent State’s Megan Carter to miss a desperate 3-point attempt, sealing a 67- 63 victory Wednesday in a quarterfinal of the Mid-American Conference tournament at Quicken Loans Arena.
