Road Warrior: Jackman/Smith project running late; no I-475 shutdown next weekend

Lucas County’s roundabout projects aren’t the only ones delayed this summer by utility relocation, but the Monroe County Road Commission isn’t as upset about the tardiness of its project at Jackman and Smith roads.
