Road construction season to become messy

Reconstruction of the I-475/a U.S. 23 interchange at Central Avenue in Sylvania Township is about to get messy for motorists on Central. While the project began last summer with construction of temporary ramps, embankments, and a pier for the new interchange's centerpiece bridge, all that had minimal impact on Central.
