Richard M. Heckman (1936-2016)

PEMBERVILLE, Ohio — Richard M. Heckman, who was an established business owner — and a father with children — when he went back to school, changed careers, and became a high school English and journalism teacher, died Sept. 21 in ProMedica Toledo Hospital. He was 80.
