Richard J. "Dick" Koperski

Richard J. "Dick" Koperski of Maumee, a retired Toledo assistant police chief who was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War, died Thursday at Hospice of Northwest Ohio on South Detroit Avenue. He was 75. "As a police command officer, he was firm but just," said his brother, Ken Koperski, a retired Toledo police captain.
