Richard E. White (1925-2016): UT professor also served leadership role as ‘fiscal man’

Richard E. White, a retired University of Toledo professor and former chairman of higher education and associate dean who was a president of community colleges in Wyoming and Minnesota, died Thursday in ProMedica Ebeid Hospice, Sylvania. He was 90.
