Reward offered in Defiance animal cruelty case

DEFIANCE — Fort Defiance Humane Society is offering a $2,000 award for information about a Wednesday incident in which a dead dog was found skinned and decapitated under the State Rt. 281 bridge over the Maumee River just east of Defiance.
