Revision approved in how Ohio redraws districts

COLUMBUS — Despite worries that voters might be suspicious of a complicated constitutional amendment affecting the inner-workings of government, Ohioans Tuesday overwhelmingly agreed to overhaul how the state redraws state legislative districts every decade.
