Rev. Milton C. Mann (1926-2015): Pastor was instructor for hunter safety

PEMBERVILLE, Ohio — The Rev. Milton C. Mann, a Lutheran pastor and police chaplain who taught hunter-safety courses, died Tuesday in Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center after a traffic crash in Perrysburg Township. He was 89.
