Retailers try to raise sales

Small Business Saturday continues to gain momentum nationally, but local retailers who participated in the annual event were up against some stiff competition this past weekend. "The timing wasn't the best for that," said Dave Jensen, one of the owners of Jensen Jewelers on Monroe Street in Toledo.
