Residents voice concerns about Parkside roundabout plan

Plans to reduce the number of travel lanes on part of Bancroft Street and replace a stoplight intersection at Parkside Boulevard with a roundabout came under fire Monday from members of a Toledo City Council committee who said community leaders should have been consulted sooner in the development of a $9.4 million reconstruction project.
