Residents urge Portman to keep patient protections

About 10 Toledo-area residents dropped off letters and comment cards Tuesday to the downtown Toledo office of U.S. Sen. Rob Portman (R., Ohio), asking him to preserve patient protections granted in the Affordable Care Act.
