Residents debate work on Bancroft

Plans for reducing the lane count on part of Bancroft Street and replacing a stoplight intersection at Parkside Boulevard with a roundabout are based on current city policies, but ultimately a decision to rebuild the street as designed will be up to Toledo City Council, city engineering officials said during a Tuesday evening meeting about the project.
