Rental owner indicted in theft from O-I

The owner of a Sandusky-based equipment rental company was indicted Wednesday in U.S. District Court on charges he stole hundreds of thousands of dollars through fraudulent billings to the Castalia Farms corporate retreat owned by Owens-Illinois Inc. and two other companies.
