Tuesday is the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Francis of Sylvania, Ohio. At 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, coinciding with the Feast of the Immaculate Conception and the start of the Extraordinary Jubilee of Mercy, a Mass in Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel on the Motherhouse grounds, 6832 Convent Blvd., Sylvania, will be the first event of the centennial year.
