In the end, it really doesn’t matter if this week’s mild weather is because of 1) an unusually strong El Nino, 2) climate change, 3) Punxsutawney Phil, the legendary Pennsylvania groundhog, failing to see his shadow Feb. 2, or 4) none of the above.
