Red Cross blood drive to honor former mayor

An American Red Cross blood drive will be held in memory of Toledo’s former Mayor D. Michael Collins, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Aug. 30 at the UAW Local 12 Hall, 2300 Ashland Ave.
