Raymond E. Patterson (1923-2015): Sylvania principal loved golf, friends

Raymond E. “Pat” Patterson, a former Highland Elementary School principal who spent most of his three-decade career as an educator in the Sylvania City School District, died Dec. 19 in Mena, Ark. He was 92.
