Recent filings in the bankruptcy of Xunlight, a Toledo solar-panel manufacturer born out of technology developed at the University of Toledo and subsidized with local, state, and federal funds, indicate money or technology intended for use in Ohio may have been funneled to a Chinese plant and company.
