Puffenberger withdraws as candidate for appeals court

Lucas County Probate Judge Jack Puffenberger withdrew Friday as the Democratic candidate for the Ohio 6th District Court of Appeals on the Nov. 8 ballot, setting up a potential contest for the appeals court, and a potential shuffling of lower judgeships.
