Protesters rally to call for return of Ohio troopers

About 40 people angrily shouted and carried signs Thursday evening in front of Government Center in downtown Toledo to rally against the sending of Ohio Highway Patrol troopers to provide security during pipeline protests of the Dakota Access pipeline.
