Proposed food truck park going before Toledo Plan Commission

Downtown Toledo workers craving offerings of the city's food truck businesses may soon have a permanent location for their luncheon dining. Maggie Bauman, manager of Grumpy's on the Go food truck, wants to create a daily one-stop shop for food truck operators on Summit Street in North Toledo's Historic Vistula District.
