ProMedica might not be done expanding

ProMedica’s chief executive officer said the nonprofit’s now completed acquisition of HCR ManorCare — a deal that immediately gives the Toledo-based health care system a 30-state presence — could pave the way for even more expansion outside Ohio and Michigan.
