Home building activity in Temperance is strong in the Hidden Lakes subdivision off Lewis Avenue between Sterns and Smith roads. Two homes under construction include an 1,894-square-foot, three-bedroom, single-story home at 1210 Cascade Dr., above, and a 2,497-square-foot, two-story, 4-bedroom home at 1113 Twin Lakes Dr., left. The Cascade Drive home is priced at $299,000. The Twin Lakes home’s price was not available. Both homes are under contruction by Decker Building Co. of Lambertville.
