Progress in justice reform to be touted

Toledo Municipal Judge Tim Kuhlman will lead a discussion about Lucas County’s procedural justice efforts in Denver today for a gathering of jurisdictions receiving funding from the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation.
