Previous Worley victim takes the stand

WAUSEON — Prosecutors in the James D. Worley capital murder case rested their arguments with brief but powerful testimony on Wednesday morning from the woman whose abduction sent Worley to prison long before he was arrested in the murder of Sierah Joughin.
