Portman, Strickland to meet today in forum

U.S. Sen. Rob Portman (R., Ohio) and his Democratic challenger, former Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland, will face off today in front of The Blade’s editorial board — a meeting which will be broadcast live on television and online.
