Port board member threatened at meeting

Bernard “Pete” Culp, a member of the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority board, threatened violence against board Chairman James Tuschman at Thursday’s port board meeting, leading to the start of a campaign to have Mr. Culp removed from the board.
