Police SWAT team on scene in North Toledo

OBJECTOfficers in vests and helmets are gathered currently behind a SWAT truck in a grassy yard, on the roof of a building in the 3000 block of Mulberry, and across East Streicher Street, where they waited amid trees decorated with Halloween ghosts.
