Police investigating picture of sleeping cop

Toledo Police are investigating a photo that appears to show a city officer sleeping in his patrol car. The photo, which appeared on social media Thursday, is the subject of an internal affairs department investigation, said department spokesman Lt. Joe Heffernan said.
