Police backtrack, reinstate outdoor refreshment area

The Toledo Police Department quickly reversed course Thursday on a planned Friday suspension of outdoor drinking in downtown Toledo timed to the Robert Easter, Jr., fight, after an outcry that the move was racially motivated.
