Plastic surgeon at Flower aided poor around the world

Dr. James G. Diller, a plastic and reconstructive surgeon and former chief of staff at Flower Hospital in Sylvania whose charisma and compassion inspired others to help in his medical missions to Haiti and the Dominican Republic, died Monday in his Ann Arbor home. He was 88.
