Cuffs, the official TPD police cat, visited the Safety Building for the first time on Friday. The department got the cat as part of a social media challenge from the spring when Toledo Fire Department Assistant Chief Karen Marquardt challenged Chief Kral to get 10,000 followers and “get a comfort cat.”
