Philip R. Buehrer: 1937-2016

DELTA, Ohio — Philip R. Buehrer, a Sylvania principal for nearly two decades who in retirement worked as volunteer coordinator for the Fulton County Senior Center, died Monday in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg Township. He was 79.
