Pet-supplier rules, others are rejected

COLUMBUS — As they prepare for today’s rush for the door, Ohio lawmakers Wednesday voted to expand where concealed handguns could be legally carried, tie the hands of local governments in regulating pet stores, and approved raising the minimum wage.
