Perrysburg sisters spread cheer through rocks

Around downtown Perrysburg, walkers might spot brightly painted rocks proclaiming a positive message. More likely than not, those rocks were painted by 15-year-olds Megan and Jessica Adams — and they have no plans to slow down for the rest of their summer break.
