Paul M. Smart: 1929-2016

Paul M. Smart, the attorney and executive who steered Toledo Edison through difficulties with the Davis-Besse nuclear power plant, helped create Imagination Station, and contributed to art and civic life in Toledo, died Sunday in hospice care in Fort Myers, Fla. after a series of illnesses. He was 87.
