Patrol: Truck driver was in the wrong lane

BELLEVUE, Ohio — A truck driver whose tractor-trailer crashed Sunday afternoon into slow-moving traffic on the Ohio Turnpike, killing a New York girl and injuring seven other people, should not have been in the lane in which the accident occurred, an Ohio Highway Patrol official said Monday.
