Patrick Hickey pleads not guilty to criminal sexual conduct

ADRIAN — A not guilty plea was entered Wednesday for outgoing Washington Local Schools board member Patrick Hickey to criminal sexual conduct charges that stem from accusations he sexually abused a female student at a Michigan high school decades ago.
