Patricia A. Osborn (1931-2016)

Patricia A. Osborn, an English teacher and adviser to the student newspaper at Bowsher High School who supported the arts and culture as patron and audience member — but also as behind-the-scenes volunteer — died Monday in St. Luke’s Hospital, Maumee. She was 85.
