Parkinson symposium scheduled for Friday

The event is free and will be from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at the Scottish Rite Building, 1101 70th St. Speakers include Dr. Lawrence Elmer, a movement disorder specialist from Toledo, Ohio; Dr. Furr-Stimming, a stem cell researcher from University of Texas in Houston; Dr. Katie Orndorff and Dr. Louis Duarte.
