Owner wanted tenants out

A longtime friend of Martin Fewlas testified Thursday that he wanted to evict Margaret McKnight and her live-in boyfriend Kurt Mallory from the upper unit of his South Toledo duplex because the couple were months behind in paying rent and utilities.
