Owens recognizes its place in history

Stacia Kuceyeski, outreach director for the Ohio History Connection, formerly the Ohio Historical Society, and her father, Philip Kuceyeski, unveil a historical marker outside Heritage Hall at Owens Community College’s Perrysburg Township campus.
