Owens grads have plenty to smile about

Hailey Moulopoulos, a graduate of Owens Community College’s school of liberal arts, smiles and waves to her mother and twin sister as she heads to her seat during the 35th fall commencement ceremonies. A total of 649 candidates, including 117 from Owens’ Findlay-area campus, received degrees Friday at the Student Health and Activities Center in Perrysburg Township.
