Overturned truck closes interstate ramp for 6 hours

Crews clean up after a tractor-trailer hauling steel coils overturned along the ramp from eastbound I-475 to northbound I-75 in Toledo. No one was hurt, and the ramp was closed for a little over six hours, authorities said. Police said the semi was driving east on I-475 about 11:45 a.m. Friday when it overturned, spilling its load.
