OSU attack survivor credits campus officer for survival

COLUMBUS—The quick action of a police officer has been praised for bringing a quick end to an attack at Ohio State University on Monday, but a concrete sidewalk planter was given at least partial credit Tuesday with stopping an assailant's car from injuring many others.
