Oregon man given prison sentence for shooting at homes

Lucas County Judge James Bates said he had no choice but to sentence 78-year-old Robert Stinehart to prison — despite his lack of criminal history and his age — for shooting up his Oregon neighborhood last fall without cause or reason.
