Opponents fear poultry farm runoff

VAN WERT, Ohio — A majority of the nearly 40 people who attended an Ohio Department of Agriculture meeting Wednesday voiced their opposition to a proposed concentrated animal feeding operation, or CAFO, to be built near Spencerville.
